At Suzie Variety Shop & Multi-Services, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Diapers and baby hygiene products

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items

  • Customized, handmade, or personalized products

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement promptly.


💵 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval may be refused
